• Taxi will be provided on the basis of availability.
• You must allow sufficient time while booking your taxi for any delay caused by the traffic or weather conditions.
• Silver Taxi Sydney shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passenger/s are not ready at time of pickup.
• The customer will be responsible for the behavior of all the passengers in the taxi during the journey.
• The Silver Taxi Sydney may change these terms of use at any time by posting changes online.
